“Eagles Fans, No Chiefs T-Shirts Allowed”

Scott Swift, a Pennsylvania native, was formerly a Philadelphia Eagles fan.

Jason Kelce has some thoughts on Scott Swift‘s recent switch of football fandoms.

Taylor Swift‘s dad, Scott Swift, was formerly known to be a Philadelphia Eagles fan, being a Pennsylvania native himself—but that all started to change once his daughter began dating Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

In the Chiefs’ most recent game against the New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium on Sunday, Dec. 17, Scott and Taylor were both watching from the stands, dressed in full-on Chiefs gear, no less.

Jason, 36, gave his two cents on Scott’s garb during the new episode of his and Travis’ <eм>New Heights</eм> podcast, where he not-so-subtly discussed the doting dad’s newfound appreciation for the Chiefs.

“Nice sweater on there,” Jason pointed out in the Wednesday, Dec. 20 episode of the podcast. “Yeah, full Chiefs gear,” Travis, 34, added.

While Jason, a center for the Philadelphia Eagles admitted it was a “good sweater,” he couldn’t help but feel like Eagles gear would be more fitting.

“It’s a good sweater—no it looks good on him,” he said, while insisting, “I think his complexion really suits green more if I [do] say so myself.”

“I don’t know it’s kinda looking real nice on him,” Travis quipped back, calling Scott’s outfit “swaggy” and “vintage.”

“I mean it’s a nice sweater I’m not gonna lie,” Jason further conceded, while Travis exclaimed, “He’s rocking it man, and he seems to be enjoying himself.”

Concluding his thoughts on the matter, Jason put it simply, saying, “It’s the wrong team but it’s a nice sweater.”

But Sunday’s game wasn’t the first time Scott was able to show his support for the Chiefs, as he was also seen sporting a Chiefs lanyard around his neck while watching his daughter’s Eras Tour performance in Argentina last month.

The proud dad also looked overjoyed to hear Taylor, 34, switch out the lyrics to her hit song “Karma” from “the guy on the screen” to “the guy on the Chiefs,” in a nod to her new athlete beau.

It looks like Scott may need to take a play out of Donna Kelce‘s book and start wearing gear for both the Chiefs and the Eagles!
