NBA legend Michael Jordan, 60, vacations in Italy with his wife Yvette Prieto and twin kids while making a rare public appearance on a boat tour
NBA legend Michael Jordan has been sighted traveling in Italy with his twin children, wife Yvette Prieto, and family.
The 60-year-old is vacationing with his family in Sicily after winning six NBA titles with the Chicago Bulls between 1991 and 1998.
Along with Yvette and their identical twin daughters Ysabel and Victoria, Jordan was seen leaving for a luxury yacht while wearing an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore watch, estimated to be worth $40,000. The NBA legend maintains a quiet profile these days despite the fαct that his accomplishments on the court made him one of the most popular and recognizable athletes on the planet.
Three years after they first met in a Miami nightclub in 2008, Jordan proposed to the model with Cuban ancestry. They got married in 2013 and had their kids, who are now nine, a year later.
Last month, to mark the beginning of the NASCAR Ally 400 race weekend, MJ and Prieto, 44, went on a rare date night in Nashville.
Jordan bought a minority investment in the Hornets in 2006, but in 2010 he took control of the team as its majority owner.
Poor performances, terrible trades, and lousy management, including Jordan’s own, marred Jordan’s time with the Hornets.
They only had two playoff appearances during that period, in 2014 and 2016, both of which were eliminated by the Miami Heat in the first round.
The Hornets have never placed higher than eighth in the Eastern Conference since their most recent playoff participation in 2016.
It all came to a head last season when Charlotte finished with a 27-55 record, worst in their own division and 14th in the conference.
